I'm using Hill Country Fare Plastic Wrap from HEB. Works just as well as more expensive name brands.
This is not a good picture, but believe me, the guacamole is still green 4 hours later!
The Good: It works! Just press the plastic wrap to the avocados instead of stretching the wrap over the whole bowl.
The Bad: I know that oxygen is what makes avocados turn brown, so this is one of those pins where I think, "Duh! Why didn't I think of this?"
Summary: My guacamole still looks green after 4 hours. Success!
