Measuring something gooey, like peanut butter or corn syrup? Use a glass measuring cup sprayed with Pam cooking spray. The ingredient won't come out perfectly, but it's better than no spray. Here's what the coated measuring cup looked like after 2 cups of peanut butter without much scraping effort. Cooking spray also works on metal measuring spoons.
